Default program for DVD video

I changed the default to Play Asus DVD. All this did is move Play below Play
AsusDVD. How do I remove Copy with Disc copier as the default? I notice the
menu changes when the DVD is removed also.

Open 'Folder Options-->File Types' and scroll down
to "(NONE) DVD", click on it to select it then click
"Advanced". Select a program in the list to use as
your default then click "Set Default".

That's exactly what I did. Copy is not listed.

OK, try this...

Open this registry key and remove the item
from the default spot. Or just delete it.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DVD\shell

The 4 play ones are there but the copy one isn't.

The copy one must be a dll CLSID under shellex.
