Default problem

Using Windows XP, Internet Explorer and Outlook Express 6. Previously, when
choosing to email a photo, I would have My Pictures file open and the
sidebar instructions would give several options, including "email this
file". Outlook Express would appear as my only choice and I could insert the
recipient's name in the email and send it. Now when I do this operation, a
box opens asking me to Choose a Profile and Microsoft Outlook is in the
address bar. It seems Microsoft Outlook has been chosen as a default
location. I was told to change the default option by: Click Start, Settings,
Control Panel, Internet Options, "Programs" tab, use the spin box to select
"Outlook Express" as the default email handler, "Apply", "OK"

But the only items in the spin box are Microsoft Outlook and Juno. It will
not let me type in Outlook Express which I want to use.

Then I was told to use: How to Change Default Mail Client for Internet
Explorer
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=154359 This site is NOT for Windows XP or
Outlook Express 6. How do I find that information? Or can you tell me how to
solve the original problem?

Click start , right click internet explorer , click the programs tab , click
the drop down arrow and make your selection.

Dear Carl,
I have already tried to use the spin box to select "Outlook Express" as the
default email handler but the only items in the spin box are Microsoft
Outlook and Juno and it will not allow me to type in Outlook Express. How
do I solve this problem?
