I had thought the very same thing, but after HOURS of
being logged into the system and performing other
functions, the settings are still being lost. That had
been my initial thought myself, but this problem has been
going on for more than a week with users being logged into
the system all day long and then losing their settings
whenever they log off at the end of the day.
Your suggestion was a great idea, and I should have
mentioned it in my earlier post that I had tried it. Do
you have another idea?
