A Default Printer That Is Not Available is causing
several apps to hang in WinXP PRO. Word, Autocad, Excel
etc. Printer is HP cp1700, and network is a small 4 node
workgroup. When laptop is unplugged from network (to be
used remote), the user cannot use his apps due to them
locking up because they think they need to associate
themselves with a printer driver? Workaround is to print
to file, but it's is annoying and my cusotmer hates it.
