Default printer for the domain

Hello, please if somebody can help me here,

I did change the network printer, and I did install the printer driver on
another server, but the domain controller still loading the old disconectted
printer when a user log on from a work station, and when I run the add
printer, then I can add the new path to the new printer "manually".

How can I have the domain server load the new printer to all the domain
users when they log on.
