Default printer changes when TS client logs in.

When certain terminal service clients log into to the server, the localy
running Administrator's session has it's default printer changed to whatever
default printer the recently logged in client is using, even if that printer
is local to that client's PC.

This is terribly annoying to me, the administrator, since it means I need to
check what my default printer is before I print anything.
