I am setting up an image for my company and Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 3
is a part of that standard image. I deployed Office to the image using a
transform.

My problem is that when a user launches Outlook, for some reason the default
printer styles (Memo and Table) are set up with a default paper type of A4.
This isn't a problem on most emails, but for some reason certain emails do
try to print on A4 paper. I have verified that defining the print styles
with Letter paper type resolves the problem, and those emails that didn't
print correctly do print correctly thereafter.

My question is, why is Outlook selecting the A4 paper type, and how can I
change that administratively? Having each user go in and modify the print
styles does not sound like a good option for me.
