Default Policies and creating new User groups

1) I need to know what are the default policies for the
followings because I started to change them in trying to
create new User groups (see 2nd topic) :

C: drive
Program Files
Windows folders
Document folders
Any other drives
Internet Explorer's

2) Also, I am trying to create 2 sets of user groups so it
would be simpler to have custom file policies on my own
PC. But somehow they don't work. They either block everyone
or don't work at all.

-I want to create one group called All_Me where my ids and
administrators are in it. This is have Full Access
everywhere.

-I want to create another group called All_Others where it
would contain all other users including one which has
Administrator's right (the admin thing is only so he can
play a game that doesn't work otherwise. He doesn't need
to do any admin's stuffs). This is to have
Read/Browse/Execute on everything.

-I also want to have all the other system users to keep
them as they are. I need to know what they are first and
where they apply.
