Default Paste Size Percentage

Here is my issue. I have a user that has somehow set her paste function to
automatically paste pictures at 505% in her Outlook messages. She has also
set the paste function to paste at 178% in Word. I have looked all over and
can't seem to find where to reset this back to the normal percentage. I am
baffled. I could really use some assistance. She is on Offfice 2007.
