?The IT company we use just reinstalled Outlook 2007. However, when I click
on the "To" button on a new email, the default screen that pops up is the
Global Address List, rather than my Contact Lists. How do I have the Contact
Lists appear as the default, rather than having to change it each time?

open the address book (tools menu) and look on its tools, options menu -
make the change from that dialog. It’s the first item on the list.
