ok I must be dumb but I've gone thru the posts for the mailto: not working
and I still don't understand and can't seem to get mine to work. Using
Windows XP and Firefox but if try to click a link for email I get error
message "could not perform this operation because the default email cleint is
not propely installed" and this also happens if I click a link from outlook.
I've look at my settings in outlook and program defaults and has outlook as
default what am i missing here?
I found a post saying outlook 2003 won't let you do a mailto: if the url is
more than like 456 characters but mine aren't that long. its simple emails
from craigslist
