Who is your desired email carrier? Do you want to use webmail
or POP mail?

Ok, I see you have a Cox.net address.
Make sure you have a mail account set up in Windows Mail, using
the instructions Cox has on their web page:
http://support.cox.com/sdccommon/asp...8-2d56ac32a574

If you need more help with this, let us know which part you are
having difficulty with.

I also have a hotmail account and both work just fine when sending or
receiving email. Its only when I go to msn.com and click on music, then try
to email one of the music video's to either of my accounts that the problem
occurs.

Well, you need to make a decision as to which one of your two
email accounts you want to be the default account. This will become
the one that responds when you click on MailTo links on websites.

To make Hotmail your default, see:
http://www.winhelponline.com/articles/224/1/

To make Windows Mail the default, see:
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/83...ociations.html

Windows mail is my default. More info.

I can send mail to both accounts from any where but an msn page.

That doesn't make sense to me. A MailTo link on http://msn.com
should not behave any differently than a MailTo link on any other
web page. There is some aspect of your issue that we are not seeing.

Update. I have found two other sites that do not work besides MSN, but most
sites seem to be OK.

I was looking for a solution.

Thanks.

It's impossible to say at this point what would cause it to work
properly on some sites but not all sites.
