Well, you need to make a decision as to which one of your two
email accounts you want to be the default account. This will become the one that responds when you click on MailTo links on websites. Windows mail is my default. More info.
I can send mail to both accounts from any where but an msn page. That doesn't make sense to me. A MailTo link on http://msn.com
should not behave any differently than a MailTo link on any other web page. Update. I have found two other sites that do not work besides MSN, but most

It's impossible to say at this point what would cause it to work
