Default language not correct in sent folder.

's Computer Specifications

Outlook 07.

Type an email in English, looks okay, send it. Check sent folder, and the
email is in Chinese or something! Also, email sent merely has ???????? where
the text should be.

Langaue settings have been checked -all correct.
Outlook is up to date.

Stumped! Any ideas?

If you are using Bullguard, this is the explanation:
Bullguard Live Support advised me to switch of Spamfilter
as there is a bug in the latest update last week.
