Default Installation Directory

In the MS Logo Certification testing for 2003 Server, they state that your
application should install by default to the "Program Files\our
application".

However we have an Intranet product that will default to installing the asp
pages (among other things) to "inetpub\wwwroot\our application". This is the
logical place as it is obviously going to need to be on a web server. By the
description for this section of the test, this behaviour would constitute a
failure. (Note - all of our proprietry dlls are correctly put into the
"system32" directory.)

My question is whether there is any room for leeway here, or is this as
automatic failure? Even if it does not make sense to install our Intranet
product to the Program Files directory? Has anyone else been or come across
this particular scenario? Thanks for any replies...
