I tried setting my Terminal Server to end inactive
sessions after 30 minutes of inactivity. I need to do
this to satisfy the new HIPAA security rule. When I
reset the setting from "never" to 30 minutes, I have had
users report that they would be right in the middle of
actively entering patient information and the session
would dump them(anywhere from 5 minutes into a session to
20 min or so) Is there something I am missing on
configuring this? If not, how can I get this to reliably
work at the 30 minute interval?? Thanks, Ron.
