I'm currently using "Web Page Generator" to quickly make a website with
thumbnails etc..., when I go to preview the page, it opens up in IE instead
of FP 2000 (it used to prior to my complete CD restore), where I'd like to
be able to tweak it before uploading. How can I change the default HTML
viewer from my browser to FP? (Web Page Generator gives me no option).

Right click the file, select Open With,
in the list that opens Select FrontPage and
check the "always use" box.
