After I set my home page to a default site, then I reboot
my machine it defaults to (http://www.searchnlv.com) this
page. So, I'm thinking it's a virus or security issue.
I've scanned my machine but found no virus. Please help.

I have a hunch you should run CWShredder first, then Ad-aware and/or Spybot
if necessary.
