when I try to set a default font for the return address on envelopes and set
the margin as there is a logo in the top left corner, after I hit the default
button and say yes, word does not retain the formatting of the font and it
states that the section 1 is outside of the printable margins, even after
saying yes t continue, and try to print the the envelope come out blank.

The default font for the envelope return address is set in the Envelope
Return paragraph style in normal.dot - see
