Default font in new mails

I am using Outlook 2003 and the default font that I set in my new mails is
Calibri size 11. It is pretty small so I want to set it as size 11.5. But I
am not able to set it as a default via Tool-Options-Mail Format-Fonts because
it does not allow decimal places. Anyone knows how?

Thanks in advance for any help.
