Default font is Greek!

I have a sales person who when he changes to a bulleted format in his email
(Outlook 2003) his font changes to something foreign. His default font for
his regular email is Times New Roman. Is there a place to change that font
to something readable? It only happens when he tries to do a bulleted or
numbered list.
