Default Font for E-Mail

I used to have my E-Mail set with a particular font, size, and color, and I
had to re-install some software, including Outlook 2002, and now I have to
set my choices every time I open a new EM message. I followed the steps in
the Help section, but it doesn't hold. It's a pain to have to re-do i

I already have the font, etc. set there that I want, but it is not coming up
when I open a new EM. That's why I'm confused.

Are you using stationery? Some stationeries have fonts associated with them.
Make sure you check the radio button that says to use your font when replying
and forwarding.
