I would like to change the default file view on my Windows
2000 PC to be [Details] rather than [Large Icons].

To set all you folder views the same, do this:

1. Open an Explorer window and set it how you want all
windows to look.
2. Click Tools- Folder Options.
3. On the View tab, click 'Like Current Folder'.
4. Click OK.
