Default email changed from Outlook 2003 to Outlook Express

's Computer Specifications

When user clicks on and email address in web site or another email to
respond, Outlook Express opens instead of Outlook 2003. Outlook 2003 is set
as the default email program in IE, Microsoft Outlook 2003 and from the
properties of the Start menu. Any ideas?

In Control Panel, ise the Folder Options applet to examine the open action
of the "URL:MailTo Protocol" file type to make sure it is configured to use
Outlook and not Outlook Express. See this:
