Default e-mail account keeps switching

I'm using Outlook 2003 in an MS Exchange enviroment. Exchange is setup (or at
least should be!) just for local in-house mail. I also have a POP3 mail
account which I'm using for internet mail.

I want the POP3 account to be the default when I create a message, so I go
into TOOLS \ E-MAIL ACCOUNTS and set it to be the default. However it keeps
switching back to the Exchange account as being the default. Seems to happen
the next time I logon or restart the computer.

Any way to get Outlook to keep my default setting?

Using SBS2003? This is a common complaint. If you're using the SB
login
script...

At the client, create the following registry key:

Location: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\ClientSetup
Name: NoTransportOrder
Type: REG_DWORD
Data: 1

This will prevent the login script from changing the order
