We want to set a default background for all users that connect to a PC. We
found out that this works if:
- we set this background image in the default user profile
- the user is member of the local administrators group
....but that doesn't work if the user is just member of the local users
group. In that case, a blue background is set, but if we go to the display
settings, we can see that our background picture is set and we just have to
validate it, then it appears....
Has it something to do with Active Directory and Policies, I mean, should we
use Policies to set that background picture or have we just forgot something
during the installation ?
