Make a chart like that, with every feature you want, and without every
feature you don't want. Select the chart, choose Chart Type from the
Chart menu, click on the Custom Types tab, then select User-Defined.
Click Add, and give it a name and description. After pressing Okay to
save these, click on the Save As Default Chart button, and OK your way out.
