Is it possible to set a default categorie in outlook for the calendar,
so i don't have to fill in the categorie manually everytime?
I am talking about the categorie, and not the label.

I am using outlook 2003 SP2.

Kind regards,
Koen

You could open a new appointment form, add the category, then click File |
Save As and save the form to your file system as an .OFT (Outlook Template
File). When you want to use it again, browse to it in Windows Explorer and
double-click it. Then fill in the other fields as usual.

Is there a way to have this new appointment form (with the category already
added into the the form) become the default so you don't have to go searching
for the form every time you create an appointment?
