Default Calendar View not holding

Outlook 2002 latest service pack
POP account with local calendar
Would like to see the weekly view when opening the
Calendar by default.
Now when I change it from daily to weekly and then close
Outlook, the next time I open the Calendar it is back to
the daily view. On a different computer, same version but
different PST, the weekly view stays as the default view.
