Default C$ shares

Gidday,

My DC recently lost it's default C$ and D$ drive mappings.
I have tried to re-add them manually but the next reboot ( or maybe the next
day without a reboot, can't quite remember ) the shares that I created where
gone.

I was thinking of running the W2K repair option form the installation disk
to see if that will fix the issue. Any other methods to restore these
settings?

This is a DC with Lotus Domino running so I can't kill the server in the
process. That would be a bad thing.
