Hello:

On our W2000 network, we have a
Canon iR C3200-C1 PCL5c and we're trying
to set people's printing preferences under "quality"
to "color mode: Black and White"

On some W2000 SP4 pro boxes, it works
and keeps the changes - i.e. you close the
printing preferences, go back in and it still reads
"color mode: Black and White"

On other W2000 SP4 pro boxes, it lets you make the change, but
it won't keep the change - i.e. you close the
printing preferences, go back in and it reads
"color mode: Full Color" even though you had just changed it to
B&W and applied it.

This has nothing to do with network login account or service
pack level; I can take the login account from a machine in
which it works, login to the domain with that account on a
machine in which it won't save the change and it still won't
work. Vice versa as well.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Followup:

All machines are using the same drivers.
