Default attendee at meetings

Is there a way to have Outlook automatically invite
someone to a meeting? Because the calendar sharing is a
little unstable and because we have one user in the office
using XP which doesn't have the netfolders anymore we have
started always picking our office person as a meeting
attendee and she double checks that the meetings are
properly posting to the central calendar. I'd like this
to be automatic - too easy for someone to forget to invite
her and then we have a missing appointment.
Thanks for your help. We're mostly using Outlook 2000 -
no Exchange server.
