Default Arrange By View in Personal Folders

If i create a Personal Folder ok. I then create new folders within this and
automatically the view it chooses or field it chooses is TO rather than FROM.
this is useless as you can imagine as i know all emails are sent to me but i
want to know who sent them. It seems i have to change this default view
manually everytime a new one is created.
Outlook 2003 and XP are my platforms

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to change this so every new
folder created has FROM rather than TO email sender.
