default area code in contacts

In the beginning of using Outlook, your first phone input sets a default area
code that is used. How do you go about changing this default, so when you
type in your local 7-digit phone number, it automatically puts in the right
area code. Right now it is placing in area code 702 and I want it to place
in area code 775. Please help.
