Thanks very much for that, Carey. That was very quick.
There's nothing (I could find, anyway) in Help & Support
on this. Also, what prompted me to ask was a message that
FrontPage keeps putting out about my default HTML editor;
this doesn't seem to be covered in Set Program Access and
Defaults?

Right-click on your Internet Explorer desktop icon and select:
Properties > Programs and change your default HTML editor
and click Apply.

You can "carefully" change other file associations by going to:
Control Panel > Folder Options > File Types
