Start -> Run and enter the following;
control userpasswords2
Click OK.
The box next to "Users must enter a user name and password to
use this computer" must be checked.
Click on Administrator in the "Users for this computer" box.
Hit the "Reset Password" button in the Password for
Administrator section.
Enter the new password for the Administrator account twice.
Click OK.
Back in the User Accounts applet, hit the Cancel button if you
had to check the box earlier in this procedure. That will allow
your computer to still automatically logon with your account.
