Most of our users choose our office’s email list as default Address Book,
which is a subset of Global List. It worked very well until a few days ago.
Now the default has been switched to Global Address List. To find our
office's list, we have to scroll down the long list. Even if I set the
default back to our office list, it would be switched back to the beginning
of the Global Address List. Any idea? Thanks.

Try this, click on Tools, Address Book, Tools, Options and select the correct
address book in the top box.

That was what I did. The problem is the default will change back to the
global address again. I don't know what trigger the re-setting.
