Can anyone help me get rid of this program? No matter what I do the system automatically erases everything. It will not allow me to get on the internet and I am not even sure how I got this program. When I try and delete it, I get an error stating that it cannot be deleted. I am working on an Omni Book laptop with Windows XP PRO.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this on your own PC, or is it a work/office PC? That software it used to keep the system clean when multiple users are going to be using it:

No, this is on my laptop. When my husband was downloading another program this program popped up and asked if he wanted to download and he thought it was needed so he clicked yes. Now we cannot get rid of it.

Try this software http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

Sound like the program is being used , this could be the reason you can,t delete it.

download the unlocker software 100% free and try this.

May removed it from the file.

This is me

A word of warning if something pops up on your screen whilst on a website chances are its an advertisment and you dont need it.

Dont click on it!!! All sorts of things can happen!!!

Turn off the recommended settings.

Break your computer and learn to fix it.
