I have stupidly encrypted some very important media files
and now when i try to open them in windows media player,
i get a message saying "0xC00D11D2: Cannot access the
file" and am reffered to the help centre and this tells
me that i have insuffient privilages so i checked my
personal certificates and they have disappered. Is there
a way to decryt these without having the certificate. plz
help if you know what to do. thanks
