"Suddenly", my return emails have an increased zoom factor. My font size is
the same (11) as the emails I'm reading, but if I choose "Reply", "Reply
All", or "Forward", the zoom factor is higher and the font looks bigger (even
though it has remained at 11).

What can I do to make my reply emails the same zoom factor? Thank you.

Tried setting your zoom-setting back to 100% already?
