If you are asking about HTML-formatted e-mails, try opening Internet
Explorer and using the View -> Text Size menu to change the font size.

Ctrl+C will copy the selected text to the clipboard. I don't know
what the spacebar would do other than to replace the selected text
with a space character.

I got it fixed myself. The solution is when we use CTRL + scrolling the mouse
down will decrease the font size.

Not for all message formats, however.

It's the same key+mouse combo to make font size changes in Internet
Explorer. That's why I suggested using the View -> Text Size menu in
IE to change font size. Outlook uses the IE libraries to render
HTML-formatted e-mails (but I'm not sure about OL2007).
