I am using Windows XP Home, I have WinZip and WinRAR installed. When
attempting to decompressed downloaded or archived filest to a removeable
disk with either program I receive the message: "Error: Cannot find the file
specified. Cannot create-". Since this occurs with more than one archive
program, I assume it must be a WinXP problem. Is anyone aware of a way to
correct this?

Have you tried reinstalling both programs? Their installation may have
been corrupted by another program or virus.

What options are offered if you right click on file in Windows Explorer?
