Just because you received this pdf-file via e-mail doesn't make it an
Outlook question ;-)
Anyway, you'll have to save it as a pdf-file and then see what you can do
with this in Adobe Reader/Acrobat or another application that can handle
pdf-files. If the pdf-file hasn't been secured, you can copy the text from
Adobe to for instance Word. You can also ask the original sender to send it
to you as a Plain Text document instead of a pdf-file.
