In a list of numbered names, how do I keep the decimals lined up once I get to double digit numbers?

Jackie,

View > Ruler

Add a "decimal" tab on the ruler line by selecting your text box, then it's 4 clicks of the tiny box on to the left of
the ruler.

Then press the "TAB" key on the keyboard (next to Q)....to enter a tab.
