Hi

I'm using Access 2003. Every number I entered in my table is rounded either
up or down, and I couldn't get the table to record the decimal value of the
numbers I entered.

I'm sure there is a simple format setting somewhere but I can't get to it
anywhere.

Please help.

The *size* of your field is set to Integer or Long Integer which do not support
decimals. Change that setting to single or double or change the Type to
currency (my preference). Formatting can get rid of the dollar signs.
