Debugging IE6 with Visual Studio 2003 tools?

Hello,

I've been asking for months for a method to debug
IE6 to find out why IE6 will not run under my profile
any more. IE6 will run under other profiles. This
is all in WinXP Pro. For example, if you run IE6
from the command line IE6 start and then ends with
no windows or messages of any kind. I can see iexplore
as a process but that as far as it goes.

Is there a debugging tool with Visal Studio 2003 in which
I could debug(run) iexplore.exe (IE6) and possibly see
what IE6 is trying to load if the problem is a plug-in
or whatnot with my profile?

Thanks,

Steve
