Debugging Frustration

I am trying to debug my website, but everytime I launch it I get a Network
Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occured: ""


I have remove and reinstalled IIS on my XP SP2 machine and I still get the
problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you remote debugging? If you aren't then the error message makes no
sense to me.
