debugging ce 5.0 device over ethernet without active sync using VS2005 (can it be done) ?

this like is for vs2005 beta 2 is there documentation for vs2005 non
beta?

the registry key doesnt seem to be valid
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CoreConOverrideSecurity
