Hi,
The appliocation works fine from the browser but VS 2005 gives me this
error. I added permissions to the folders for IUSR_XXX, network
service and asp.net but still the same error.

2. Which kind of authentication are you using ?
3. Are you impersonating ?

1. Windows XP
2. I tried the default with anonymous and also with the integrated
windows authentication
3. No impersonate in the code

Is the account you are currently logged in as,
part of the local administrators group?
