Hi,
I'm developing an application in VB.NET for a Symbol MC9000 series Win
Ce.NET 4.2 terminal.
Every time I try to execute my application in debug mode (sending it to te
WIN CE terminal) I get an error message:
"Error: unable to connect to device. Check if the device if phisically
connected to de development PC"... Obviously it is connected (using Active
Sync 3.7.1) and I can browse it.
This appens also if I try a silly application like a form with a commend
button rising a message box saying "HELLO!!!"...
This doesn't happens if I try to do the same using my HP iPaq 4700 (Pocket
PC 2003).
Can someone tell me something about this?
I appreciate any help!

Have you installed the Studio Add-On pack? Are you using
sdauthutildevice.exe? I recommend an archive search if the answer to either
is "no".

Thank you for your help, but I've already tryied both of the things you
mentioned without success.

I'm thinking about something strange due to some Symbol's proprietary
settings...
Any other ideas will be appreciated.

Then you're going to have to contact the vendor, Symbol, and ask for their
help. That stuff works, in general.
