Deault time when adding a remainder

When right clicking a mail choosing Follow up -> Add Remainder, I get the
"Custom" box allowing me to spesify a remainder date and time. Default this
comes up with 16:00. I want this changed to default 9:00. (I looked up
Tools->Options. Here "Tasks" are set to 8:00, thus has nothing to do with
what I want to do). What should I do?
